The cornerstone was laid under Grand Plaza

The official ceremony took place on 5th of June. Grand Plaza is a Warsaw investment in Żoliborz district.

On the 5th of June, the representatives of FB Antczak and SGB Fortune MA, as well as the vice-mayor of Żoliborz district and the invited guests, gathered together in order to ceremonially put the cornerstone of the office block building Garden Plaza, which is being arisen in Żoliborz district in Warsaw at Elbląska Street 15/17.

Garden Plaza will offer ca. 9000 square meters of A-standard office area on four floors. It will be the first office building in this part of Warsaw that was designed and constructed in accordance with the regulations of ecological certificate BREEAM.

Inside the building one will find the high-tech air-conditioning systems, open able windows and raised floor. Besides, optical fiber connectors, PABX (Private Automatic Branch Exchange) central stations, as well as smoke and heat sensors will be installed. There will also be systems responsible for access control and monitoring, together with BMS system and two separate power supplies. The workers will be able to eat in a canteen.

First of the lessees can already move into the building in the third quarter of 2014. The general contractor is FB Marek Antczak. The companies Nuvalu and Savills are both responsible for the commercialization process.

The construction company Marek Antczak will coordinate the construction and developing activities, specializing in the sectors of offices, housing, public utility objects and halls of industry and stock. The company runs investments all over Poland, e. g. in Kalisz, Kielce, Warsaw and Poznań. Moreover, it is a manufacturer of high class ready-mix concrete.
