Brembo Poland will invest PLN 120 million in the neighbourhood of Kraków

Krakow Technology Park's Board granted another permit for conducting business activity in Kraków SEZ.

Brembo Poland Sp. z o.o. has obtained a permit for conducting business activity in Kraków Special Economic Zone. It is already the 115th permit granted by Krakow Technology Park's Board since the beginning of its existence.

The official presentation of the permit will take place in the area of Krakow Technology Park on the 24th July 2013 at 2.00 p.m. Among the participants of the meeting will be: Paweł Rzymek, Finance Director, Brembo Poland Sp. z o.o., Paweł Tynel, Director Tax Advisory Services, and Roma Wacławek, Senior Consultant Ernst & Young.

The company will bear in Kraków the capital investment to the amount of almost PLN 120 million and create at least 25 new workplaces. A new seat of the company is to be created in Niepołomice, where the group will construct competence centre for manafacturing brake parts. The completion of the investment is planned on the year 2016.

The company operates in automotive sector in 12 countries on 4 continents. Bremo has been operating in Poland since 15 years and has its establishments in Dąbrowa Górnicza and Częstochowa.

We are glad that automotive sector, in spite of global crisis, activelly invests in southern Poland. It is worth to  remark that the entreprenuer, which already has a permit in Katowice Special Economic Zone, has decided to invest in Małopolska, not only due to attractive and well-prepared property, but also because of higher level of public aid – said Wiesława Kornaś-Kita, President of KTP Board.
