ECO Savills takes care of Malta House

The manager of Malta House Poznań is going to be Savills, a consulting firm.

The office building Malta House located near Malta Lake, near Abpa Antoni Baraniak Street, belongs to Skanksa. The building offers 14 700 sqm of class A office space located on four storeys. The edifice has been built in accordance with the requirements of LEED certificate on Platinum level.  The owner decided to appoint Savills consulting firm as the manager of the building.

The aim of the innovative technologies installed in Malta House is to reduce energy and water consumption. There will be 30 per cent more fresh and moistened air and the temperature in all rooms will be maintained at an appropriate level. The facade was designed in such a way that it not only reduces the sun heat but also provides the maximum access to daylight and a view on the nearby lake.

Dział Powierzchni Biurowych (Office Space Department) of Savills is responsible for commercialization of Malta House. Currently over 50 per cent of the building has been rented. Such companies as Franklin Templeton Investments (an investment company), Ciber (American IT company) and Skanska (Poznań branch).

Skanska Property Poland erects buildings in accordance with requirements of sustainable building. The company is active on four regional markets: Poznań, Łódź, Kraków, Katowice and Wrocław, where the fourth investment is being built. The company also operates in Warsaw, where Atrium 1 is currently being built, the most ambitious project of Skanska.
