Promenada Zita (Zita Promenade), the first stage of the office building has been under development since August this year and is planned to be completed in the IV quarter of 2014. The proprietor of the investment, Vantage Development S.A., has appointed Savils, an international counselling company, as the agent responsible for commercialisation of the building.
Promenada Zita, located between Trzebnicka Street and Jedności Narodowej Street, will offer 22 110 sqm of class A office space located in the town centre of Wrocław. The architectural design of the building was created in Maćków architectural studio. The building is being constructed in accordance with the LEED certification, Gold level.
ZITA is the third office project implemented by us in Wrocław. This investment is the part of a large office complex, which was designed to fulfil needs of dynamically developing companies, which plan on a further expansion in Wrocław, as well as new companies that want to begin a business in one of the fastest growing regional markets in Poland – commented Henryk Wojciechowski, Director of Investment and Commercialisation, Vantage Development.

The office building of Promenada Zita is a part of a multifunctional complex Promenada Wrocławska, which occupies 15 hectares alongside of Odra. The nearest years will result in the creation of a new district in Wrocław, which will accommodate 90 000 sqm of office space and 2500 flats. The first building of this complex was build and commercialised – office building Promenade Epsilon. Promenade Epsilon, an office block, was the first building of this complex to be built in the vicinity.
