The erection of A4 Business Park is entering a new phase. Echo Investment company has begun realisation of the second stage of the investment located at French St., Katowice.
A 10-storey building that is going to be built as a part of this project will provide 9000sqm of surface and a high-cube, multi-storey car park with 560 garage places. The completion of this phase is planned for the fourth quarter of 2014. The contractor of the commercial building shell is Remax Construct company.
A4 Business Park is planned to consist of three buildings. The first one is being finished and is going to be commissioned in the first quarter of 2014. The office building will provide 9000 sqm on 7 storeys and has already been entirely rented by IBM, an IT sector corporation, which is planning to open there a new office centre.
The complex is being built close to the exit ramp from A4 motorway. It was designed by architectural studio DDJM. All buildings are being built according to the requirements of sustainable construction. In March 2013 the investment was certified with BREEAM Interim with Very Good grade and 64, 92 per cent score. The complex is going to include service and commercial outlets, cloak rooms and a bicycle parking, a canteen, a fitness club and leisure time area. Such installations as an access control system as well as anti-burglary alarm system.
