Dreamriver Development informs that the office building Rzeznicza 16, Wroclaw, is going to welcome lesses in 2015. The building is located at the intersection of Rzeźnicza Street and Nowy Swiat and is going to offer Class A retail and office spaces. The building is located only 200 metres from Rynek.
The facade of the office building is going to be made of sandstone. The project also includes the two-storey lobby as well as luxurious common areas as well as office surfaces with modern technologies. The 5 storeys are going to offer 3800 sq. .m. of space in total including 2950 sq. m. for offices and 850 sq. m. for retail premises. There is going to be 900 sq. m. per one storey. Occupants are also going to have at their disposal the underground car park. Two elevators are going to be present in the building and the ratio of the common areas is going to amount to 5 per. cent.
