Cushman & Wakefield has been chosen to be the manager of the office building at Wspolna 47/49, Warsaw.

The new office building in portfolio of Cushman & Wakefield’s Property Department is located in the very centre of Warsaw, near intersection with Marszalkowska Street. Metro Centrum is within 500 metres from the building.

 

The building with eight storeys offers nearly 1750 sq. m. of surface. Occupants will have at their disposal a three level underground car park with 129 parking spaces. The office building was commissioned in 2000. Dom Maklerski mBankuS.A., Halcrow (CH2M HILL) and Covance are the main tenants. Wspolna 47/49 belongs to CA IMMO.
