More real estate in the care of Knight Frank

The Knight Frank company is the manager of thirteen real estate properties of Immofinanz Group in Poland and in the Czech Republic.

Immofinanz Group has chosen the consulting company Knight Frank to manage six commercial real estate properties in Poland and seven in the Czech Republic. The combined area of the real estate amounts to 205 000 sq. m.

 

Within the frames of Polish investments of Immofinanz, five office properties will be in the care of Knight Frank: Park Postępu (34 000 sq.m.), Brama Zachodnia (23 700 sq.m.), Equator (17 900 sq.m.), Bokserska Office Center (6 500 sq.m.), as well as Nimbus (19 000 sq.m.), which will be put into use this year. The company is also the manager of Bokserska Distribution Center (19 000 sq.m). All of these properties are located in Warsaw. The combined area of the buildings amounts to 120 100 sq.m.

 

In the Czech Republic the contract includes the following seven buildings: Arbes (5217 sq.m.), Vysehrad Garden (4697 sq m), Pankrac House (871 19 sq.m.), BBP Offices (34 948 sq.m.), Masarykova 26 (4739 sq.m.) and Jungmannova 15 (8000 sq.m.), which is currently being reconstructed. The combined area of the buildings amount to 84 472 sq.m. These properties are located in Prague and Brno.

 

At present, in Poland Knight Frank manages 80 commercial buildings , whose combined area amounts to 1.2 million sq.m, and in the Czech Republic - 43 buildings, which offer 370 00 sq.m.
