In Wrocław, the first office block on the banks of the Odra River - Dubois 41, part of the commercial-residential investment, will be built.

Close to Mosty Mieszczańskie, on the Dubois Street, the first office block in Wrocław on the banks of the Odra River will be built. The building will be a part of the commercial-residential project. The owner of the investment is Nacarat Polska, which is building the housing building Kurkowa 14 nearby. The construction site will come to life in February 2014.

The office block was designed by the renowned studio Maćków Pracownia Projektowa. The western part of the building will face the Odra River, while on the northern side the building will be adjacent to the housing complex, made by the same investor. On the seven floors of the building, there will be 6 800 sq. m of office space and 700 sq.m of service area. The users will be able to use an underground car park with 75 parking places. The elevation of Dubois 41 will be covered with aluminum, glass and composite panels. Also, the cyclists were not forgotten - there is inner and outer parking space for them, as well as changing rooms and showers.

Dubois 41 will meet all technical requirements set for the buildings certified in the BREEAM system. This means that new technologies used in the building will be ecologically friendly, and also energy and water saving. The project involves the use of, among others, suspended ceilings, raised floors, access control and the CCTV system.

The building’s advantage is its location: in the city centre, on the banks of the Odra River. Within the frames of Nacrat’s investments, apart from the office block and housing building, there is also over 100-metre embankment with banks and trees, as well as a city square.

Dubois 41 obtained permission to start construction work at the beginning on 2013. The construction work, which started in February, will end in June 2015.
