JLL (formerly: Jones Lang LaSalle) is responsible for: putting the building into use, creating and maintaining very good relationships with the tenants and broadly understood operations management, including supervising the subcontractors and controlling maintenance costs. HB Reavis is the investor of the building. JLL is the manager of Gdańsk Business Center since the beginning of March.

Gdański Business Center is being built at the intersection of Andersa and Inflackiej Street, in the immediate vicinity of Dworzec Gdański metro station. The complex consists of two buildings, which offer a total of 47 000 sq. m of lease area. It has the BREEM certificate. International network of consulting-auditory companies KPMG is one of the tenants of the complex.
