Four-storey building has 759.59 sqm. office space, and potential tenants gives you individual interior design according to the nature of work and individual needs. Currently, the owner is in talks on cooperation with several local companies.

The aim of the project is to create in Opole first outsourcing center. The planned structure of the tenants are companies from the IT sector and B2B already operating in the market, as well as young, entrepreneurial people who are getting started with the business, and their business is based on broad new technologies. CWT has prepared for them a special co-working space. According to the adopted assumption of High Technology Center will be the nature of the business area. Will provide the best place to search for new solutions in environmental protection, and more. Create the perfect conditions for the realization of ideas based on highly advanced technology - says King Hare Project Manager High Technology Center.

Offered office space and conference room will be equipped with a complete telecommunications infrastructure, as well as equipment to support creative analytical work: interactive whiteboards, multimedia projectors and workstations. Important for the users is the backup power facility, through which almost zero has minimized the risk of an interruption in the supply of electricity. The building is low energy-intensive due to the design of the building envelope, the use of green energy sources (heat pumps) and the use of heat recovery systems (recuperation). These elements have designed to achieve the EP ratio at no more than 100 kWh / sqm. / Year, which is to provide lower operating costs compared to the existing buildings in the Opole market.

The architectural concept of the object prepared Krakow design company UCEES Ltd. The project has selected in an architectural competition, organized on behalf of the CWT by Opole branch of SARP.
