Within business investment Bonarka4Business executed by TriGranit and IPR Group another two buildings are being built at the moment: C and D. Earthworks have been already finished, and carrying the underground part from zero level has already started. Offices will have a total space of over 16 000sqm.
As representatives of TriGranit said, increasing of the space of complex is an investor's answer on market demand, which is on a relatively high level in Cracow for two years. Demand mostly results from a stable interest of companies from a sector BPO and SSC for whom Cracow is reputed and highly recognized location in the world.
Project B4B has been designed in Architectural Studio Artur Jasiński i Wspólnicy and it consists of four freestanding office buildings. Official opening of first two structures (A and B) took place in June. They're leased in almost 100%.
