Fluctuations of global economic situation will influence pro-ecological actions of countries. Governments of some of them decreased grants on renewable energy. Guaranteed rates of solar energy has been decreased: by Germany - by 15%, by Great Britain - by 50%. Poland also plans limitation in grants.
British government, similar as German Authorities, explains its decision with budget limit. Before the change, producers of solar energy had a guaranteed rate of energy in Great Britain which amounts to over 2 200zł for MWh. Cuttings concerns not only a solar energy. Bulgaria put limitation by 13-30% of rates for an energy from solar power plant, since July they introduced lower by 12-20% rates for an energy from wind farms. If more countries will introduce limitations, within few years cost of production of green and black energy (emerging in the process of coal burning) can become equal, and producers will have a problem with its sale.
As "Rzeczpospolita" quotes, works of Economy Minister on new law about a renewable energy has been lasting since a year. Probably is i.a. lowering rates for wind farms. However, it is known that if a price of a black energy will increase, its increase will cause automatic reduction of subvention into a green one. Until now, local producers of green energy, no matter what source of origin is, received about 450zł for a MWh - we read in a daily.
