We are renting cheaply and in relatively good standards. It applies to both small and large office spaces. However, keeping in mind the situation from, for example, 2007/2008, we cannot speak about a ground breaking growth.

It goes without saying that Poland has overcome the global crisis, which directly influenced the increased number of investments. Looking at the market in Warsaw should be sufficient, the assumed decrease in unemployment amounts to 7.4 per cent at the end of this year and up to 4.6 per cent in 2012.

As BankierPress’ statics show an average rent agreement of approximately 700 sqm. is clearly dominating among smaller spaces. The place that lacks in office spaces is the very city centre, where the demand exceeds supply by a huge degree.  The aspect that is crucial in the capital city is the prestige, hence the most popular are: Aleje Ujazdowskie, Plac Trzech Krzyży i Nowy Świat. The rents oscillate within range of 23 Euro per sqm/month.

Office spaces that cost 14-15 Euro per sqm/month are the most popular. Business parks such as Poleczki Bussines Park or Bussines Garden are also increasing in popularity.
