Compass Offices plans expansion on the Polish market

Asian Compass Offices company – owner of service offices – opened a premises of such type in the Warsaw Rondo 1 office on 22 September this year.

It is the first such service office of the company – not only on the Polish, but also on the European market. In Compass Offices located in Warsaw, it will have 59 internal and 4 external rooms as well as 235 working places, conference halls which will be available for clients benefitting from its services. Moreover, the launching of service offices is also planned in five other locations in Warsaw.

 

According to the company, the main reason for the expansion on the native market was the fact that Poland reached the highest GDP growth rate in all countries of the European Union within last five years. Due to dynamic development of the company, service offices will be also launched in other European cities.

   

The first center of Compass Offices was launched in 2009 in Hong Kong. Since then, the company has been developing its business activity. At present, it is providing services in 13 countries: Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Kazakhstan, Singapore, Malesia, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, United Arab Emirates and Poland.

 

Rondo 1 is a structure class A+ which reaches 41st floor – it is 194 m high. Rondo 1 is located at Rondo ONZ at the crossroads of Jan Paweł II and Świętokrzyska Streets. It is composed of two parts: service and garage as well as high tower intended for offices. The building offers 64 000 sq. m of office area certified in the LEED system at the Gold level.
