Medicover is planning to create 100 new work places in a newly launched call center in Radom Office Park by the end of this year. Moreover, 100 vacancies will be created in the center in the perspective of the next several years. As a target, the office in Radom will service 50 per cent of connections on a main hot line of Medicover and it will become a center of telephone sales of the services by this company.
A decision about development of the structure in Medicover was made due to a dynamical expansion of the company, which is related to a constantly increasing number of clients and connections with the hot line. In order to provide growth conditions as well as safety of the operation, we came to a conclusion that our call center for customers situated in Kielce is not sufficient any more. Furthermore, two independent centers guarantee availability in the case of accidents such as fire or electricity breakdown – says Mirosław Suszek, Vice President of the Management Board, Medicover.
Medicover chose Radom for the location of its call center due to a successful cooperation with the City Hall as well as convenient conditions which have been created for the investors by the city within recent years.
