"I am from Gdańsk" – this headwork, which was displayed on the neon in the city center of Gdańsk, inaugurated the activity of an office by Echo Investment, that is Tryton Business House, on 7th April this year. The investment will offer working places for around 3 thousand people on nearly 22 000 sq. m of office space. Representatives of such industries as IT, consulting or finances have already established their offices in Tryton Business House. We have rented around 40 per cent of space so far and currently we are conducting very advanced talks with new tenants. All foregoing partners emphasize that the characteristic features of Tryton Business House are central location and standard of performance – Kornelia Łukaszewska, a person responsible for commercialization of Tryton in Echo Investment, says.

I talked to one person few minutes ago and he told me that Tryton looks like it has always been here. We are very pleased hearing such opinions, which actually prove that we managed to revive the center of Gdańsk, not ruining its character at the same time – Rafał Mazurczak, Chairman of Office and Hotel Department of Echo Investment, says.

The activities which have been conducted by our company for years are aimed at encouraging enterprises to locate their offices in Gdańsk. Interestingly, they are bringing more and more efficient results. At present, the sector of BPO/SSC in Gdańsk attracts more people than in the peak moment of employment in the shipyard. There are new offices, new companies and new working places in Tryton. We are really glad that it is developing so dynamically – Piotr Grzelak, Deputy President of Gdańsk, says.
