A complex comprising two office buildings named Silesia Star is situated in the city center of Katowice. The latter building, where Mentor Graphics opened a new office of the size amounting to 4417 sq. m, was commissioned in September this year. New tenants are soon to start their business activity in the office. More than 1800 sq. m are to be occupied by Fitness Academy, and 1000 sq. m – by the serviced office of Smart Office.

Silesia Star is situated in the city center of Katowice at Uniwersytecka 18 Street. The investment is composed of two 8-tier buildings connected with a commercial and service passage. The building has a car park offering 250 parking spaces. It is located in the ground floor as well as in underground part of the complex. Silesia Star is one of the biggest office investments recently realized in the Silesia region.
