The guests were celebrating the official opening of ASTORIA Premium Offices last week. The evening was held in a solemn atmosphere. It is not easy to build a new office in the city center when all eyes are turned at the investor. All the more reason to congratulate on this project – said Michał Olszewski, Deputy President of the City of Warsaw during his speech.
The office part of ASTORIA Premium Offices is officially opened for office tenants. The first companies have already moved into the building situated at Przeskok Street. The entire office is commercialized in 50 per cent. The headquarters of STRABAG Real Estate is located on the third floor. Additionally, the commercial part of ASTORIA has been operating since July.
We would like ASTORIA to be opened for the local society. We also would like it to engage the inhabitants of the capital. Thanks to such initiatives as the ceremonial illumination of the Christmas tree, the photograph competition, or the Christmas Fair, the office is entering the awareness of the Varsovians – says Barbara Harrer, Project Director of ASTORIA Premium Offices, STRABAG Real Estate.
ASTORIA Premium Offices has 10 tiers from western part and 8 tiers from Szpitalna Street. The building offers nearly 18 000 sq. m. The office is a green building class A. It is the sixth building in Warsaw, which was granted the LEED Platinum certificate. The general contractor of the project is Strabag Sp. z o.o. Additionally, Colliers International, the exclusive agent responsible for the lease of this office, is participating in the process of searching for new tenants.
