French Cannes has been undergoing transformation into a capital of the global real estate market for more than 30 years. MIPIM fair gathers developers, contractors, investors, advisors and other experts of the real estate market from all over the world. The fair is associated with the MIPIM Awards competition, in which the best global investments are titled.

This prestigious statuette of the real estate market was granted to Ghelamco Poland. Warsaw Spire was considered the best global project in the category: Best Office & Business Development, according to both the jury and the participants of the fair.

The most important distinction on the real estate market such as MIPIM Awards 2017 is the culmination of the business activity of Ghelamco Poland as well as of all the teams which have realized this investment in cooperation with us. I thank to all who believed in our vision and devoted their knowledge, time and heart into the project of Warsaw Spire. This investment changed Warsaw and became a global symbol of new thinking about commercial construction – says Jeroen van der Toolen, Managing Director of Ghelamco CEE.

Warsaw Spire is the major project of the Belgian developer. The complex is both the largest and the highest office building in Poland (it is 220-meter high and it offers 109 000 sq. m of office space).
