The construction works on preparation of the first building of NEOPARK are currently in the final phase.

The project is being realized under the brand Yareal Poland owned by Yareal International N.V. According to the investor’s plans, the complex is being realized in compliance with the model devised on the basis of expectations and requirements of people who represent Generation Y, the so called Millennials. Having them in mind, the architects of JEMS studio created a concept of a modern building, which corresponds to a residential and office character of the southern part of Służewiec in Warsaw. The designers used a corner exposition, thanks to which the solid fits the specifics of the neighboring development.

Yareal Poland situated its new investment at the crossroads of Cybernetyki and Wynalazek Streets. The neighboring infrastructure includes offices, housing estates, hotels, restaurants, schools and other public institutions as well as commercial and retail points.

NEOPARK and its surroundings provide their employees with all they need, it especially concerns the Millennials, that is the generation which dominates on the real estate market. The southern Służewiec is a desired business and residential district, which constantly develops beneficially for both residents and tenants. Known and big companies decide on relocation to the neighborhood of Służewiec and new companies also follow this path, choosing this region due to perfect quality of office space, attractive rents and close proximity to business partners – adds Eric Dapoigny, Director of Yareal Poland.

The works are being conducted in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction. Therefore, the office received the BREEAM certificate at the “Excellent” level. It is worth pointing out that only renewable energy sources will be used to power the entire complex. The first phase of NEOPARK will offer about 12 thousand sq. m. The building will be ready in the spring of 2017. The commissioning of the second building is planned on the third quarter of 2018. The developer will deliver ca. 24 thousand sq. m of office, service and commercial space to the Warsaw market in total.
