Enea renewed a lease contract for office space in Skalar Office Center. The Polish enterprise from the power electronics industry extended its office by 1000 sq. m. Both tenant and investor – Górecka Projekt Sp. z o.o. – were represented by Cushman & Wakefield during the lease process. The headquarters of Enea in Poznań was extended up to 6330 sq. m within the renegotiated contract.
Enea belongs to the group of the largest Polish enterprises on the energy market. The main business areas of the company are: sales, distribution, or production of electric energy. The group delivers power to households in both northern and western part of Poland and sells electric energy on the area of the entire country.
The decision on extension of the contract in Skalar Office Center was made due to very good lease conditions and foregoing cooperation with the owner of the building. What is more, thanks to harmonious development, we could extend the office by more than one thousand sq. m which will allow for even better organization of our work – says Michał Oliwa, Head of Administration Office in Operational Management Department, Enea SA.
Skalar Office Center is a 5-tier building class A. The office delivers ca. 15 000 sq. m of office space and 466 parking spaces. The building is situated at Górecka Street in Poznań.
