Robyg Development Group obtained a building permit. The first office-commercial project group will be built in Wilanów, district of Warsaw. The project has prepared Atelier3 Girtler&Girtler.
The project will be realized in two phases.Total floor area will reach 35 000 sq m. Currently the first bulding is under construcion. It will be devided into office space (arround 5.7 thousand sq.m) and retail and service part (around 2.7 thousand sq.m). The ground floor will take investment firm Alma Market SA., which signed a lease agreement in November 2011.
The main area of activity of the Robyg Development Group is residential segment. So far in Warsaw and Tri-City Robyg Development Group has completed more than 2300 units with a total area of more than 180 thousand. sq.m.
