Warsaw Business Garden Meets Expectations

Business Garden Warszawa office complex gains new tenants.

Vastint Poland has signed new lease contracts. Candy Hoover Poland and Pretius are to move into Business Garden Warszawa. These companies are to occupy the newly built part of the complex. The removal is planned at the turn of the year.

I am convinced that Business Garden is to meet the expectations of our tenants. The location on the boundary of the strict city center in one out of three main transport corridors of the city, close proximity to the airport and numerous facilities on the area of the campus are only some of many assets of this project, which provide perfect conditions for running a business activity and further growth as well as supporting "well-being" strategies in working places – says Anna Szmilewska, Leasing Manager, Vastint Poland.

Business Garden is a mixed-use complex comprising seven small office buildings. Their total leasable space amounts to 90 000 sq. m. Business Garden is situated at one of the main arteries of the city, that is at Żwirki i Wigury Street. There are also a hotel, conference center and restaurant. What is more, a new canteen, grocery, fitness club and several service points will be soon launched in the new part of the complex.

A distinguishing feature of the complex is untypical architecture of development and garden, where relaxation and working zones are placed among greenery. The garden with biologically active green roofs occupies up to 60 per cent of the entire complex.
