The first property will be built at a west part of Warsaw, at 208 Grójecka St. (Grójecka Offices). Construction and commercialization will begin in 2013. The office building designed Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio.
The second project (Green Wings) involves a construction of the modern A class ecological office building with two wings. It will be situated at the neighbouroughthood of Warsaw Chopin Aiport.
