The first airport city in Poland

Warsaw Chopin Airport is launching the The Chopin Airport City project. The business city will be completed next to the Terminal A.

The conception of the city first time was presented to the public at the MIPIM International Real Estate Trade Show in Cannes.

We had dozens of meetings with investors and developers who showed a lot of interest in our investment, says Michal Marzec, Polish Airports’ General Director.

We managed to establish crucial business contacts. It all looks very promising, adds Marzec.

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the project:

Approximately usable floor space of buildings will be 165 000 sq m. The business park will provide modern offices, conference rooms and retail services. The Warsaw Chopin Airport will consist of 16 class-A office buildings, that will be formed at the 22.5 ha area. One storey will provide from 800 to 2 000 sq m. One Building will have from 3 to 8 storeys.

The business district will be built within 10 years. In 2013 Marriott Renaissance (5*) and Hampton by Hilton (2*) next to the airport city will be completed. At the complex passangers and workers could also find a park with fitness clubs, galleries and restaurants as well as the square open to the public.
