The owner of the largest grocery chain in Poland is changing its office

Polish grocery chain Biedronka (ladybird) will have its head office in new place.

Jeronimo Martins, the owner of the chain of 1900 grocery stores, has chosen for its headquarters Dolna Str. in Mokotow, the business quarters of Warsaw. Modern 8-storey office building was designed by Ryszard Rogala. 1123 sq m of green terraces in the office are to give rest to the employees. From approximate 16 000 sq m total space 5000 sq m is devoted to offices. On the site are training rooms, canteen for staff and multi-level underground parking. The building is adapted to the needs of disabled people. On 2 of April on the ground floor of the building the shop belonging to the brand has been opened.

In the new headquarters of Biedronka 300 people will find an employment. Individual departments of the JMD company will move to the new building as well as companies from the Jeronimo Martins Group in Poland – Hebe i Bliska. The ceremonial opening of the new headquarters is scheduled for April.
