Grupa Buma has commissioned the second phase of the Green Office complex in Kraków. Building A has been handed over to its only tenant – Motorola Solutions Systems Polska.
Motorola and Grupa Buma concluded a rental agreement for a total of 11 300 sq. m in two buildings of the Green Office complex. The 8 thousand sq. m office building has been handed over to the tenant in May. On October 17th Motorola begun moving to the 3,3 thousand sq. m building. The ground floor of the building will be occupied by conference halls and a restaurant, while on the other floors there will be open-space offices, meeting rooms and server rooms. Over 1 000 people can work in both buildings.
The Green Office complex is situated on Czerwone Maki Street in Kraków and consists of three 4-storey buildings of a total rental area of 21 300 sq. m. The construction of the last, 3rd phase has begun in April. The investment shall be completed in July 2012. The complex is managed by Buma Service.
