Landeskrone Group invests in the largest polish cities

“We are implementing the investments in Cracow, Warsaw, Lodz, Poznan and Gdansk. Always in the city centres.” – said Jan Lubomirski-Lanckoronski, the CEO of Landeskrone.

In Cracow, near Ogrod Botaniczny, a new ECO Hotel is being built. It is to be equipped with the latest achievements of green technology.  In Lodz, Landeskronne Group is remaking Palac Lubomirskich into an office building which will accommodate luxury offices. In Gdansk, the company is modernizing a twentieth century villa to make it accommodate 1000 sq. meters of office space.

I invest mostly in buildings that have a soul. It results partly from the fact that some of those buildings were restored to my family and some were regained by us. – said the CEO of Landeskrone.

The confirmation of these words could be represented by the investment on Sw. Marka St. in Cracow, approximately 100m from the market square. A complex of palace – like buildings is to be transformed into a four star hotel in about three years time.
