One of the leaders on the Polish finance and insurance market consolidated its back-office units and moved them to new offices in Łopuszańska Business Park complex. The tenant rented 6,799 m2 in the building B.
The building was opened for business in May 2013. It is the newest project of Ghelamco, built in Warsaw Włochy district. Its construction started in mid-2012. As soon as the building got occupancy permit, Allianz moved to the offices. The complex met the company’s demands when it came both to the date of providing the space and its quality.
In the complex there are two independent buildings, in total offering 17,000 m2 of modern office space. Building A provided about 8,167 m2 and Building B about 8,357 m2. The average storey space is 1,500 m2. The users have a underground parking lot with 320 spaces and 18 spaces on the ground floor. In the complex there is also a small inner patio, filled with greenery and small architecture. Łopuszańska Business Park was built following the rules of sustainable buildings, according to Ghelamco standards. The complex is being assessed for BREEAM.
Ghelamco Poland is a developer and general contractor, working on commercial real estate market. It realises office and storage spaces. Additionally the company, under the name of Ghelamco Residential, provides housing space. During 22 years of the activity, Ghelamco Poland built over 400,000 m2 of offices and storages.
