Bank Pocztowy will rent the office in Corner House

Bank Pocztowy decided to rent an office area in Corner House in Warsaw.

Office of the Bank Pocztowy will occupy 3,000 sqm. office space in Corner House at Puławska Street in Upper Mokotów in Warsaw. The new tenant will occupy more than 80 percent of space in the building. On the roof of the object the company’s logo will be located. Bank Pocztowy will move into the Corner House in June 2014, when the investment will be completed. The inauguration will be held on December 2 this year. During the lease transaction Postal Bank was represented by the advisory agency Colliers International.


Corner House offers about 3,500 square meters of modern Class A office area. The office building is located in Warsaw's Mokotów, next to the main artery of the district - Puławska Street. In close proximity to the building among others, Park Arkadia, Królikarnia Palace and aquapark Warszawianka are located.


The new location provides convenient public transportation, both from the city center, as well as within Mokotów. Another advantage is the excellent exposure of both the northern and southern part Puławska Street - says Katarzyna Tasarek-Skrok, Associate Director in the Office Area Department, Colliers International.


The owners of the property are the shareholders of the Group Universal Properties and Real Managements S.A., who during the transaction were also represented by Colliers International - Department of the Owner Representation.
