Two French companies moved into the office complex in Warsaw, namely, L'Occitane Poland and SPB Services Poland.

L'Occitane Poland SP. z o.o is a producer and distributor of natural cosmetics based on organic ingredients. The company moved into 165.18 sq. m of office space. The second tenant is a company operating in the sector of affinity insurance - SPB Services Polska Sp. z o.o. - which rented 519.49 sq. m. The owner of the building was represented during the transaction by the consulting company Savills, which, apart from Colliers International, is the joint sole agent for commercialisation of the building.

 

Poleczki Business Park is being built on Poleczki Street in Warsaw. Within the frames of the complex, implemented by UBM and CA Immo, four buildings are already built, which are the first and second stages of the investment. The third stage, that is, two office blocks with the area of 8500 sq. m, is to start soon. Ultimately, the complex will consist of fifteen office and service buildings with multi-storey car park, which will offer a total of 210 000 sq. m of modern office space.

 

The investment is constructed in accordance with the requirements of sustainable construction. The buildings belonging to the second stage were issued the LEED CS GOLD (Core & Shell) certificate.

 

L'Occitane Poland and SPB Services Poland joined the ranks of such tenants as: Sharp, USP Zdrowie, Tetra Pak, Kone, Europcar, Solid Security and the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture.
