FRAC shop joined the group of tenants in the Warsaw office and service structure. The company rented 1000 sq. m of commercial area in the building. The structure's owner was advised by Colliers International during the lease transaction.
Thanks to such investments as Karolkowa Business Park, Karolkowa Street has been changed into a very pleasant place within recent years. There are many office as well as residential investments in the neighborhood. Cafes, restaurants and shops are functioning in that location. Karolkowa Business Park is a 11-floor office and commercial structure offering 14 982 sq. m of office area and 2665 sq. m of commercial and service area. An underground car park with nearly 260 parking places was given at tenants disposal. A distinguishing mark of this structure are green terraces on the roof which enhance the work comfort and application of pro-ecological and energy-saving technologies. The investment was commissioned at the beginning of this year. The building is located at Karolkowa Street in the neighborhood of Grzybowska Street. The owner of the structure is Asbud Group – a developer company which has been functioning on the Polish real estate market since 1997.
