Golub GetHouse Property Fund FIZ, a property fund managed by Golub GetHouse (GGH), has purchased a plot at 78 Grzybowska Street from a private Irish Development Group. The new owner will build an 80-meter Class A office building at the site. Total gross leasable area of the property will ammount 21 000 sq m.
The project of the building will be designed by Epstein Project Studio in association with Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB) from Chicago. The completion should start this year.
We anticipate that the location on the prestigious Grzybowska street, near newly built metro station Rondo Daszynskiego, and within the area which is gradually becoming a new city center of Warsaw, will position this development for great success, said Czarek Jarząbek, Co-owner and President of GGH.
