Lease agreements for a total of 11.000 sq m in Platinum Business Park in Warsaw has been extended by Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC).

Key tenants in Platinium Business Park in Warsaw extended their lease agreements for the next seven years. Companies belonging to the international advertising group Publicis (Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, Zenith Opitmedia and Starlink) decided to stay in their previous premises in Platinum Business Park and extended lease agreements for additional 7 years. Furthermore Publicis has leased additional office space. Previously the tenant occupied 9.500 sq m, now the company will take up more 2.200 sq m of office space giving a total of 11.700 sq m.

The contract with Publicis is not the only lease agreement that has been extended by GTC. GE Healthcare (technology and services provider for healthcare sector) also decided to stay in the the complex occupying the first building in Platinium Business Park. The company has 1.500 sq m at its disposal.

Five years after the opening of the first building, Platinium Business Park remains one of the most popular business centers in the capital of Poland and continues to maintain high occupancy rates in all of its buildings. Convenient location, high quality architecture, as well as modern and effective arrangement of office space, these are the strong features attracting new tenants and inducing present ones to extend lease agreements, comments Jacek Wachowicz, Member of the Board and Director of Lease and Sale at GTC.

The last of five buildings comprising the complex will be commissioned on June 2012. 4 already put into use buildings delivered approx 44.000 sq m of office space in total. The building which is under construction will have 11.000 sq m.
