A producer of coffee brands Prima and Douwe Egberts will move into 900 m2 of space in the complex, located on Taśmowa 7 street in Warsaw. A priority for the company was to find a place wich will allow for the further expansion, near important junctions and the airport.

Moving company's headquarters from Poznań to Warsaw is a step which will support the organisation in realising our ambitions on Polish market. We want the office's localisation and its rooms to strengthen and underline the idea pf close, dynamic and interactive cooperation, to be a source of inspiration and to give people more energy to work. We have found that type of modern office space, together with an understanding of our needs and the support for realisation of our concept in Marynarska Business Park – said Piotr Kokociński, CEO of Prima Poland Sp. z o.o.

The owner of Marynarska Business Park is Heitman company, working on behalf of Heitman European Property Partners IV. We are happy that Prima Poland has decided to move its headquarters from Poznań to Marynarska Business Park complex. The most important criterion while choosing the localisation was providing modern and effective office space quickly, in a high-class building with a good access to city transportation. The complex on Taśmowa 7 met all these expectations – comments Izabela Kapil, Asset Manager Associate, Portfolio Management – Europe, Heitman.
