Salt Ship Design Poland made a decision to expand the rented office space in Łużycka Office Park in Gdynia.

Less than a month after signing of lease agreement for office space by the company designing ships  Ulstein and V.Ships Pl agency, another company linked to the maritime industry has decided to expand the area occupied in Łużycka Office Park in Gdynia.


Polish branch office of Salt Ship Design Poland of the Norwegian ship design studio, twenty months after the start of functioning in Poland, from February 2014 will occupy nearly 900 square meters of modern office space.


Łużycka Office Park in Gdynia is a complex of five buildings of A class. Facilities offer five floors of office space and the opportunity to create a commercial-service facility on the ground floor. The project being in line with sustainable construction rules, was created in the design company AEDAS. The building elevation is designed in façade facade, of high light transmission glass with limited energy transmission with sandstone facing. Users can use a total of 700 parking spaces, including 422 located in the underground garage. For cyclists locker rooms with showers are available in each building and bicycle stands in the garage. In the buildings there is a possibility to flexibly determine the office space. Łużycka Office Park offers raised floors, suspended ceilings and modern ventilation and air-conditioning systems, double-sided independent power supply and power generator in each building, fire alarm systems and alarms, BMS system, 24 - hour security system, CCTV and access card system. The conference room is located on the ground floor of building D.

 

The building complex belongs to Allcon Investment.
