The office block in Prague gains new tenants

Harfa Office Park in Prague
LG Electronics and the Czech Ice Hockey Association will move into the office complex Harfa Office Park in Prague.

In total, the new tenants rented 1900 sq. m of commercial space in the complex Harfa Office Park.

The Czech Ice Hockey Association (CIHA) took up 1000 sq. m of office space. The Association moved into the complex in January 2014. What we particularly value Harfa Office Park for is the high quality of rentable area at reasonable price. In addition, the proximity to O2 Arena, the largest arena, where hockey matches are held in the Czech Republic, has symbolic meaning for us. Even more so because Hockey World Cup will take place there in 2015, commented Tomáš Král, the president of CIHA.

The second tenant is LG Electronics, a company which is one of the world leaders in the consumer electronics sector. The company took up 1400 sq. m of office space, as well as 500 sq. m of commercial space connected with the complex of Galeria Harfa. The fact that such well-known company as LG Electronics, which for the last ten years occupied the offices in the perfect location Praga 5-Andel, chose Harfa Office Park to be its seat, proves that the complex is of high quality and that companies can consider relocating their offices, provided that new offices offer higher quality at better prices, said Jiřina Kahudová, senior consultant in Jones Lang LaSalle, which acted as an agent in the transaction.

Harfa Office Park is A class office complex. GTC, which has 31.5% of the shares, is co-owner of the building. Lighthouse Group manages the investment.

We are happy that we can welcome such prestigious tenants to Harfa. Their presence strengthens the position of Harfa on the office buildings market in Prague, summed up Tamir Winterstein, the president of Lighthouse Group.
