The company Ericsson rented office space in Park Rozwoju, under construction on Konstruktorska Street in Warsaw.

The headquarters of Ericsson will take up 3 600 sq. m of office space in the complex implemented by Echo Investment. The new tenant will take up the offices in the first stage building of the investment, which has already been issued the occupancy permit. The main headquarters of Ericsson in Poland will be constructed there.

We are glad that another company from the high-technology branch decided to rent space in Park Rozwoju. This is the confirmation that it meets high standards, the demands made by the leaders of this market during the search for new office locations. As a result, we can boast that such giants as the following ones are present in our office projects: IBM, Tieto, Schneider Electric and BNY Mellon, commented Łukasz Żelezik, Head of Leasing Team in the Office and Hotel Department of Echo Investment.

During the transaction, the tenant was represented by the consulting company JLL. Ericsson and Echo Investment are companies with many years of experience and strong, recognisable brands. The contract between them is an example of a situation, in which the leader of the branch finds a trustworthy partner offering technologically advanced office space at the highest standard. In this case, for the tenant such parameters as energy security and the comfort of the employees were important for the tenant. All these requirements have been met by the developer, said Julita Spychalska, National Director, Corporate Advisory, JLL.

For us, as a company, not only modern technological solutions are of importance, but also pro-ecological issues. This is why there is a huge green terrace in our design, as well as a special junction for bicycles, available for up to 70 employees, explained Monika Dobrogosz, REFM Manager in Ericsson Polska.
