Bayer Service Center will jointly occupy 4300 sq. m in Gdańsk Olivia Business Center.

Bayer Service Center decided to extend – from 3 300 to 4 300 sq. m – the area occupied in Olivia Business Center located in the capital of the Pomeranian Voivodship.

The additional 1000 sq. m located on the sixth floor of the structure include not only modernly designed offices, conference halls or social rooms, but also a terrace on the aboveground passage which connects adjacent buildings of the complex. The company has been occupying the sixth, seventh and eighth floor so far. I am very glad that thanks to flexibility of Olivia Business Center, we managed to create a coherent area on three other floors. Such solution certainly favors integration – says Remigiusz Wojciechowski, Chairman of Bayer Service Center Gdańsk.

The extension of the lease area in Gdańsk office is directly related to extension of the scope of activities in the center of accounting services owned by Bayer in relation to original assumptions. Development of the Bayer office by another floor in Olivia Tower was possible thanks to finding a proper area for Allianz in the adjacent Olivia Four building – says Maciej Kotarski, responsible for commercialization of Olivia Business Center.

Olivia Business Center is the largest and the most modern office and business center in the region. In accordance with the assumptions, its target area will exceed 120 000 sq. m which means that it will be the largest complex of such type in the country. Tenants of Olivia Business Center are such companies as Allianz, Amazon, Bayer, Energa, PwC, Sii and ThyssenKrupp.
