Jacobs Douwe Egberts PL concluded a contract concerning expansion of office area in the Marynarska Business Park complex.

Jacobs Douwe Egberts PL was founded in result of a fusion between Prima Poland Sp. z o.o. (functioning within D.E. Master Blenders) and the coffee part of the Mondelez International concern. The company concluded a contract concerning expansion of the office area in Marynarska Business Park. In effect, the office occupied by Prima Poland Sp. z o.o. in the Warsaw complex was extended by 392 sq. m to 1286 sq. m. The JLL consulting agency mediated in the process of signing the agreement.

 

The decision about extending the occupied area was followed by the expansion of the company and increase in shares on the market. The additional factors were e.g. pro-ecological solutions applied in the complex meeting the requirements of the company, for which the issues related to the social responsibility in business are really crucial. Marynarska Business Park received the ecological BREEEAM In-Use International certificate at the Very Good level in the Asset category. Many green solutions were applied in the complex, e.g. a rationalized way of management of energy, heat and water consumption, which is controlled by a modern BMS (Building Management System) steering the work of devices in the structure, as well as LED lightening.

 

Marynarska Business Park is composed of four buildings which offer jointly ca. 43 000 sq. m of office area. It is located in the Warsaw Służewiec Przemysłowy district (Mokotów) at Taśmowa 7 Street. The complex was completed in summer 2008 and its owner is Heitman functioning on behalf of Heitman European Property Partners IV. The list of tenants includes such companies as Netia, Play and Colgate. JLL performs the role of manager of the property and exclusive agent for lease of office area in the complex.
