Three current tenants of Warsaw Financial Center renegotiated lease contracts for nearly 10 000 sq. m of office space. Additionally, Paged SA will open its new headquarters in the office in July this year.

Three current tenants of Warsaw Financial Center renegotiated lease contracts for nearly 10 000 sq. m of office space. Taipei Economic and Cultural Office renewed its contract for the period of 5 years, whereas J.P. Morgan will stay in the office by the end of 2019. The third business partner, who extended the rented area to 8300 sq. m, will stay in the building for at least 5 years. Moreover, Paged SA – a leading company of industrial and investment holding – will move into the office in July this year. Its new registered office of the size amounting to nearly 310 sq. m will be occupied by the company by the next 5 years.

 

The extended contracts and new agreement concern 20 per cent of total area of the building. We are proudly developing our relations with long-standing partners and we are glad about new tenants – said Karol Bartos, Executive Director Portfolio & Asset Management of Tristan Capital Partners.

 

Warsaw Financial Center is situated at the crossroads of Emilia Plater and Świętokrzyska Streets. It is an office structure class A+ with 50 000 sq. m of leased area. The building also provides users with 350 parking places for cars and bicycles. The list of current tenants of the office includes more than 60 Polish and international companies such as CMS Cameron McKenna, Google, Bloomberg, DLA Piper, Chadbourne & Parke, Kompania Piwowarska and BZ WBK TFI. Warsaw Financial Center is owned by Allianz Real Estate and Curzon Capital Partners III consortium, which is an investment fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners. WFC was realized in accordance with the project of American architectural studios – A. Epstein & Sons International and Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.
