18th Conventional and Renewable Energy Fair

28-30.03.2014, MTS Szczecin halls

New technologies, new materials, tools, services, and innovative energetic solutions, including the technology of acquiring and using the sources of renewable energy - all these things will be shown during the 23rd International Construction Fair BUD-GRYF SZCZECIN and the 18th Conventional and Renewable Energy Fair. Each year this event gathers about 200 exhibitors and 800 visitors.

Build - Decorate - Renovate

The International Construction Fair BUD-GRYF SZCZECIN is directed at companies, individual investors, developers, and all those who look for building products and services, or energetic solutions. Construction and energy enetrprises meet their customers, offering them special products and services, as well as tips and consultations.

Low-energy building - why? how? with what materials?

This is the name of the project and one of the main themes of the BUD-GRYF and Energy Fair which will take place in Szczecin. The project of presenting low-energies materials and technologies was created by the students of the Building Faculty at the West Pomeranian University of Technology, as a part of the competition organised by the Szczecin International Fair. The project presents three technologies of construction, with the innovative use of materials, both new and traditional. The aim of the project is to increase the investors' ecological awareness, to encourage environment-friendly investments, and to show the economic aspects of low-energy constructing.

The fair's mission – presentation of novelties & exchange of knowledge and experience

The latest scientific and technological achievements, the research's results, the existing and planned renewable energy installations – these are the topics of the 7th conference “Renewable energy – an opportunity for the region's sustainable development” which will take place during the Energy Fair.

There will be also an opportunity to make business acquaintances during the International Cooperation Fair of construction and energy sector. It has been organised for 6 years, gathering around 40-50 companies from Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Finland, and Sweden.

As such, the International Construction Fair as well as the Energy Fair has been the biggest event of the kind, organised by the Szczecin International Fair, and the most important construction and energy sectors event in the West Pomerania province. The participation in the fair brings a number of advantages: the opportunity to make business connections, to reach local customers, and to introduce new products to the market.
