Alchemia is going to be a complex of seven buildings with multifunctional character. 6 of them will be put up according to the concept of a common four-storey foundation, providing a place for additional services. On this foundation multi-storeys office towers will be erected. The seventh building will be an architectural capping and an attractive dominant, overlooking the crossroads of Grunwaldzka alley and Kołobrzeska street. Because of its timeless and elegant architecture as well as innovative functional solutions, the project will set new trends in land development of Oliwa district - this dynamically developing part of Gdańsk, a district of science and business.
1st stage of the project comprises two office buildings of six and eight floors, connected by a common four-storey foundation. The usable surface expected for lease will be 21 572 square metres Nearly 16.200 sq. metres will be occupied by offices spaces of the highest standard.
Sports and recreation complex will occupy 4 600 sq. metres, it will offer a 25-metres swimming poo, a sports hall for team games, 15-metres climbing wall as well as a fitness centre, gym, cardo and other attractions. A small kindergarden, located on the 1st floor, will also be an essential element of the offer. Apart from the main features of the project, there will also be more than 700 sq. metres for the purpose of a bank agency, a restauran and a cafe. Alchemia will be the only building in Trójmiasto with such a rich offer of addional services. Eventually, 400 parking places located on four storeys will complement the offer.
Alchemia is also the first building in Trojmiasto and one of the first buildings in Poland, which obtained precertification on the highest PLATINUM level in LEED ( (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) system. This means thoughtful and sustainable management of resources and, most importantly, preventing waste of resources. For those who use Alchamia, the certificate LEED Platinum is not only a guatantee of high comfort of exploatation, but aslo much lower operating costs of the leased space.
