The building is situated at Daszynskiego Roundabout in Warsaw in close proximity to the station of the second line of metro as well as stops of 5 tram lines and 7 bus lines. A reception of the office will be located only 7 meter away from the entrance to the metro station. A drive to the 5-level car park for 428 vehicles will be possible from two sides: from Prosta Street and Towarowa Street. There will be also 500 bicycle places and changing rooms with showers for bicyclists on the underground levels.
Close proximity to the building will be developed in an eco-friendly way for passers-by, who will be able to benefit from the commercial and service as well as gastronomic offer of the structure. Additionally, there will be two levels of Skybar with the view of panorama of the city at the height of 165 m, the entrance to which will be possible thanks to a dedicated elevator.

Skyliner is the biggest and the most prestigious investment of Karimpol Poland in Central and Eastern Europe. The building is situated at Daszynskiego Roundabout in close proximity to the station of the second line of metro. Skyliner will offer nearly 44 000 sq. m of leased area. It is certified in the BREEAM system at the Excellent level. The building will reach the height of 195 m and thus it will be in the strict cutting edge of Warsaw offices. Skyliner will be composed of 30 office levels and 4 levels for commercial and service purposes, which will be available for both tenants of the building and inhabitants of Warsaw. There will be also shops, restaurants, cafes, fitness or show rooms of famous brands located on 3 thousand sq. m of space.
There are modern and energy-saving solutions in the project which enhance efficiency and functionality of the building. These include: no-column connections of corner windows providing optimal lighting or rectangular plans of floors, which will enable maximum flexibility in arrangement of office space. The key aspects of the ecological building are as follows: facades from materials reducing overheating and loss of heat, use of storm water for watering plants in the building, ventilation with a system of heat recovery, technology of heating neutral for the ozone layer, energy-saving lighting, segregation of recyclables, waste management or control of energy sources. Moreover, solar panels will be installed on the roof.
