Another office blok will be erected on 78 Grzybowska Street. The project will be carried out by Golub GetHouse, an investor and developer, who after a long period of anticipation received the construction permit. The company is known in Warsaw for projects such as Warsaw Financial Center on Emilii Plater Street and International Business Center on Rondo Jazdy Polskiej. The construction is going to be undertaken in the second half of 2013 and it will last ca. 22 months.
Our new office blok will constitute a significant addition to Warsaw cityscape. We are very happy to contribute in the creation of a new area in the hitherto underastimated part of the city whose dymanic development is so visible even today. I believe that both our tenants and their clients will appreciate the timelessness of the architecture, high quality of the materials used in construction, efficient and functional division of the ofiice space, tested and infallible technological solutions as well as the perfect localisation in the business centre of Warsaw. We pay a lot of attention to the details of the project, such as richly decorated inferiors, tasteful communal areas, the quality and functionality of the office space. We expect that our efforts will result in the success of this enterprise and that the building will serve for many years to come as a proof of timeless quality and tastefulness, as it was in the case of previous office projects carried out in Warsaw. - said Czarek Jarząbek, the CEO and Partner of Golub GetHouse.
The ofiice blok located on 78 Grzybowska Street will have the shape of a 83-metre tower. This 23-storey building will offer 20.109 sq m of modern office space. The architecture of the building will be created by Epstein together with Solomon Cordwell Buenz from Chicago. The office blok will apply for the BREEAM certificate.
The Savills company is responsible for the commercialisation of the building. We have noticed a growing interest of companies who consider relocation of their head offices to the western part of Warsaw. This developing area has improved signinicantly in the recent years, and it will surely undergo more changes thanks to the extension of Line 2 of the Warsaw Metro as well as new roads and commercial projects. Potential tenants of this building will realise that one of its assets consists in the good location in the city centre with a beautiful view of the entire city and the high-quality, timeless architecture – and it is all offered for a price comparable to the rent in the city centre proper – says Tomasz Buras, the head of the Office Space Department in Savills.
Golub GetHouse is a joint venture company formed by Golub & Company located in Chicago and the GetHouse Developer company from Warsaw.
