During the International Trade Fair for Property and Investment Expo Real Warsaw presented three real properties that are to be sold at bidding. The event took place between 7 and 9 October and brought together investors, developers, institutions and companies interested in the European real property market.
During this fair Warsaw presented three real properties. Two of them are non-built-up plots in Śródmieście, Warsaw (The Warsaw Downton) at Kawaleria Street as well as Praga-Południe at Stanisława Augusta Street. The first real estate is a buildable area intended for an office building with an underground parking level, while the second is intended for multi-family housing, including apartment buildings with a sports and recreation facility.
The third property is built up with a century old kamienica (common for Poland type of a tenement house) at Złota 83, which was built between 1896 and 1899, and during its heyday it was characterized by an eclectic design of the facade, which was destroyed in the 60s of the twentieth century. Its six storeys are occupied by living and commercial premises.
For the presentation Warsaw used a stand of 70 sqm which was located next to the stands of Łódź, Kraków, and Kujawsko-Pomorskie region, and neighboured with such cities as Barcelona, Prague and Amsterdam, not to mention about companies associated with real property market – Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield.
In addition, companies investing in the capital market were also present at Warsaw’s stand: BBI Development NFI S.A, PP Porty Lotnicze, Capital Park Group S.A., Ghelamco Poland, Elbfonds Development Sp. z o.o. as well as Embassy of Poland, Berlin.
