Comarch with a new investment in Cracow Economic Zone

A company from Cracow is going to build the seventh structure in the capital of Little Poland due to dynamic development.

A company from Cracow is going to build the seventh structure in the capital of Little Poland due to dynamic development. A tender for a general contractor of the investment was announced in the half of November. The new office building SSE7 will be located on the area of Special Economic Zone at Prof Życzkowskiego Street in Cracow. The realization of the project, which has already received a building permit, is going to start in March in the following year and it will last 18 months.

 

An office with the usable area of over 19 844 sq. m will be realized within the investment – together with technical infrastructure. Moreover, the area around the building will be developed. The whole project was devised in Biuro Architektoniczne Artur Jasiński i Wspólnicy studio.

 

The building will be composed of an underground garage with parking places for 157 cars and 86 bicycles, ground floor, 4 usable floors as well as technical tier on the roof of the office. The front of the structure – from the southern part – will be intended for a headquarters of Comarch offices and the part of the northern side will be intended for lease or it will be used by the company. The office area in the part intended for needs of Comarch will be a turnkey construction. Moreover, the office and service areas in the part dedicated for lease will be commissioned in the so called „Core & Shell” standard. The office will be certified in BREEAM at the Very Good level. Furthermore, the installation of photovoltaic cells, which will partially cover the need for electricity, will be placed on the roof of the structure.
