The B building, which offers 20 000 sq. m of office space, was commissioned in September this year. BNP Securities Services is going to move into that structure in the II half of 2015. In the building, there are only 10 per cent left concerning the area intended for lease.
We are glad about the signing of an agreement with BNP Paribas SSC not only because we gained another prestigious tenant. Once again the whole concept of the complex as a harmonious place combining business and public functions was appreciated. I am convinced that employees in BNP Paribas SSC will feel comfortable here – comments Jeroen van der Toolen, CEO in Ghelamco CEE.
The Warsaw Spire complex is composed of three offices: a 220 meter high tower and 55 meter high two other towers of adjoining B and C structures. The investment arising on the Warsaw Wola will deliver ca. 100 000 sq. m of office space.
The commission of the second side building of the complex – C structure – is planned on the I quarter of 2015. The 220 meter high skyscraper, in turn, will be finished at the beginning of 2016. The investment is certified in BREEAM system on Excellent level.
Simultaneously, the works connected with the realization of the European Square are being continued, where a park is going to arise on over 4000 sq. m. It will combine public and business functions.
