TriGranit sells portfolio of properties in Poland

TPG Real Estate fund took over a portfolio of Polish assets owned by TriGranit.

The Luxembourgian TPG Real Estate investment fund announced a conclusion of a purchase agreement concerning portfolio of properties owned by TriGranit Development Poland – one of the biggest developers, investors and managers of commercial and office assets in Europe. According to conditions of the signed contract, a daughter company of TPG is going to take over the high quality assets located in different cities of Poland. Among them there are office, commercial and residential complexes such as Bonarka City Center, Bonarka Residential, Bonarka Offices, Energit, Poznań Office Center, Silesia Offices I and Silesia Offices II.

 

TriGranit was founded 20 years ago. Since then the company has become one of the leading companies in the sector of properties in Europe – comments Sándor Demján, founder and chairman of TriGranit. – I believe that TPG Real Estate is a perfect purchaser with great experience and it is going to manage the heritage of TriGranit very well. It is a great honor that one of the biggest investors in the world chose our company and our assets.

 

The finalization of the transaction is planned on 2015. Additional conditions of the concluded contract have not been revealed yet.
